[argus-announce] Argus and Daylight Savings Time

Can anyone tell me if Argus is effected by Daylight Savings Time? Does anyone know if Argus will be effected by the new change in 2007 with Daylight Savings Time? Where does Argus pull its time from? 

Beginning in 2007, Daylight Saving Time is extended one month and begins for most of the United States at: 


2 a.m. on the Second Sunday in March 
to 
2 a.m. on the First Sunday of November
