As you once said your mother has money. Perhaps you inherited from
your grandparents as is frequently the case among American wealthy
families.
If you did NOT inherit from grandparents, how did you make the
money to invest in real estate after flunking out of the U of
Michigan? teaching in the 'hood? wife's money?
As for me, I inherited some money from my mother allowing me to
buy our condo.
I plan to try to get aholt of your splendid books by Interlibrary
Loan if that is possible. i look forward to copying out some
typical paragraphs to post to the list for us to larf at
