Wayne,
Excuse me for saying that nobody can conduct a press
interview under drugs.
and my Eisenhower quote was wildly inaccurate.
"uh, oh, we forgot the goddamned blessing" is
what he actually said
so which were the secular presidents and which
were the nuts?
Wilson -- hypocritical ordained Presbyterian minister
(condition of being the president of Princeton which
he was before being elected)
Harding, Coolidge ????
Hoover - engineer/businessman background
Roosevelt - secular
Truman - secular
Eisenhower - secular
Ford - empty cipher
Carter - religious
Reagan - pretend religious
Bush I - secular
Clinton - pretend religious
Bush II - fervent Christian
he believes that we are at war which makes him
a wartime president and as a Christian maybe he
is meant to be a handmaiden of the Rapture so to
speak. it is impossible to know the details of
his crazed religious beliefs.
what is scary is that he is said to be very calm
and sleeping like a baby these days.
maybe it's the moronic hours of running he does
that gives him that somewhat narcoleptic style
of talking
but from what little I saw of his press conference
he had no trouble with his lines
Mike
