this is one of the articles in the Israeli newspaper previously referenced.
remarkable that so many details are revealed. i would guess that
authorities
expect and hope that the bad guys will read the article carefully.
unfortunately there is almost always collateral damage, i.e. innocent folks
being maimed and killed (old man riding a donkey).
living in that neighborhood quickly inures one to humanitarian
considerations.
as the Israeli hard guys say "ein brera" (=no alternative)
me i'm relatively happy to stay home and look forward to sexing again soon

Missile-firing IAF gunship kills PFLP-GC commander
By Amos Harel and Arnon Regular, Haaretz Correspondents, and Agencies
IDF troops killed four Palestinian militants Tuesday in the West Bank
and Gaza Strip.
An IAF Apache helicopter gunship fired four missiles at a car driving in
a residential neighborhood south of the Gaza town of Khan Yunis Tuesday,
killing a senior military commander of a Damascus-based radical
Palestinian group, hours after IDF forces in the West Bank shot dead a
Bethlehem-area Fatah Al Aqsa brigades commander.
The violence erupted as Palestinian legislators gathered in Ramallah to
approve the cabinet of prime minister-designate Mahmoud Abbas, a key to
resuming Mideast peace efforts.
The helicopter attack killed Nidal Salameh, 36, central Gaza commander
of the military wing of the Popular Front for the Liberation of
Palestine. Another militant was also killed in the attack.
IDF Chief of Staff Lieutenant General Moshe Ya'alon said the attack was
necessary because of intelligence the army received about Salameh's
intention to carry out a terror attack immediately in the Jewish
settlement bloc of Gush Katif, in the Gaza Strip, Israel Radio reported.
"I was trying to stop a taxi when I heard a huge explosion," said Abed
Radwan, 25. He said he saw "a huge flame coming from the sky that hit
the car," and that an old man riding a donkey was thrown into the air
and seriously wounded by the explosion. Two other people were on the
ground bleeding, he said. When he approached the car, he found a man
completely burned inside.
Ambulances and firefighters arrived at the scene and a cloud of smoke
was seen rising above the car, which had been reduced to a mass of
twisted metal. Witnesses said helicopter gunships continued to hover
over the area after the attack....
