This is published by an army school in Alabama but they
do not endorse it.

The author spells out the Iraq mistake as he tries to define
the global war on terror. He uses the acronym GWOT.

62 pages in Acrobat format, i am up to page v and it is
very difficult to read the big type and move to the next
page. This format is for printing out rather than reading
on the screen. Imagine offices where printers are printing
out pdf Acrobat documents lickety split. Glad to be in a 
position to stay home and skip the clatter.

I am writing this letter to put off going back and reading
it somemore.
