Does the punishment fit the crime, what's the crime "you are on the track and an express train is coming at you, DON'T MOVE! You moved. Guilty!

If the woman is a criminally convicted felon for
whatever she may have SAID we are all in BIG trouble. On
"Real Time" with Bill Maher he mused that Ashcroft was
in the hospital sick but he was "getting much better
and wiping his own ass with the Constitution." No one is
safer in America because of this decision and we have lost
ground in the pursuit of raising lifestyle standards
for millions of American families. Without her show
on television we are reduced to role models found on
the level of those people who appear in soap operas,
Jerry Springer or wrestling. Through all this her shows
were current without reruns. She is a consumate
teacher...and a Democrat.
What was the crime and why is it a federal offense any
worse than whatever Enron did to the public and it's
shareholders or the bs shenanigans of Halliaburton
funneling off tax dollars? Something must be wrong
with our laws or those who focus its attention. Her
defense was pitiful, too. She does not deserve this
bogus label of criminality.
