Ah, you're a gamer...or maybe training for Zionist terror mission. Haven't
gotten into games yet. I use the comp for drawing and listening to music
mostly.

Here's mine:

I bought this board in an Asus case, already installed, they call it Asus
Vintage. Equipped it with Celeron D 2.4mz, 512 Corsair fast RAM. On board
Video and Audio (surround sound 5 speaker capability). Also got a DVD R/RW
CDROM R/RW drive with Nero software. Still using old monitor and keyboard.

Still fussing with software issues but generally well pleased, especially
with the sound (I have a Walmart cheapo 5 speaker setup which sounds
fantastic--I think, can't always trust old, damaged ears.)

Krugman for President!

BTW Mike, what kind of barebones system did you put together?

I was wondering when you were going to get around to asking me
that.

Enermax case, Asus A7N8X-X board, AMD XP+ 2600 processor,
Kingston 512Mb RAM, Samsung 40GB drive, Matrox Mystique
G200 PCI video card (Ebay purchase while I keep sniping on Ebay
for a used Radeon ATI 9700 Pro 256Mb AGP video card), 19"
LG Studioworks monitor from other computer, Microsoft Sidewinder
joystick (courtesy of Joeben Clark) for Flight Sim
