This was an email sent by Wayne Smith, with which I am
heartily in accord.  FYI, Wali, I believe that Michael
Eisenstadt is in Europe and will not be present.  Not
that his presence should deter you, in any case.  It
would be great to see you both.

P.S. I am also thinking of Terry Raines.  I also don't
have Doug Brown's email address, but perhaps someone
else does.

P.P.S.  I just got back from California to attend my
niece's graduation from Mills.  I saw Powell and Tobi
and listened to the new CD.  Very nice!  They can't
come to the reunion, not surprisingly.  They say every
extra cent goes to the lawyer in their case against
Henry Carr.  A big $500,000 is at stake, although they
are not likely to ever see any of it, although it
looks like Powell will get any future royalties in
their entirety.  They have just rereleased both Mother
Earth albums on CD, which is great to hear, both for
Powell and Tracy Nelson!
