Are there any more? I think it's the "Bearded Play" which, ironically, was a Dreyer production. It was the Thiher campaign agit prop play. (We meet a series of bad guys -- including the student council who perform a exquisitely choreographed council session in high concept gibberish! Finally, SuperThiher appears and saves the day -- with his enlightened campaign platform.) We did it on the mall during high traffic moments, when the average student is starved for a little culture on the go. I think that's Kenny Parker bending over the guitar and -- oddly enough -- I think my mother is in one of the shots!

Does anyone remember enough of the mid 1960s to tell my what these
photos are about? It seems to be some kind of skit on the west mall of
the UT campus. Probably 1966, maybe 1967. John Clay, Jeff Shero and Gary
Thiher are in one or more of these photos, but I have no idea what the
skit is. Or what's going on here. Is this when Thiher was running for
student body president? Who are these women bowled over by Jeff Shero's
physique? They look familiar, but age and drugs take their toll of those
brain cells that remember names.

Any help in figuring out what's going on here would be appreciated.

A few photos are attached. I hope they are small enough to be
list-acceptable.
