I think there is something oddly beautiful about "collective" responses,
especially in sports. Must be something very deeply imbedded in our genetic
makeup. Of course, there is also the "dark" side => Mob Brutality.
But in sports, these moments are special...there is "drama", there is the
opportunity to watch incredibly gifted people at the top of their game. Yes
someone wins and someone loses but in a way...a way that most coaches
deplore...everyone "wins" by "being there."
