Yes, but have you checked the documentation cited in the previous post? 
The Houston Chronicle in several instances; the League of Women Voters. 
Bell has a record for which "Republican Lite" is neither simplistic nor 
a distortion.

I don't care who wins the primary, but I too hope there's not a runoff, 
thus giving Kinky more time to collect signatures.       twisty
