Gee, Mike, how would you like it if I said that nothing of any importance 
whatsoever had ever crossed my path from Israel.

As a matter of record, I have met less than three or four 100% "Israellis" I 
could stand to be in the same room with in complete contradiction to years 
of wonderful, warm, intelligent, etc. relationship with various Jewish 
people from NYC, Chicago, SF, LA, Texas, England, South Africa, Russia, et 
al.  Must be something in the water, eh?   Or maybe there is something to 
the idea that they are all Shitheads?   (Which statement I rather doubt, 
btw.  I just been unlucky I imagine.)

As for Mexicans.  I love 'em.  Always have.  Nothing is more humourless, 
dull, boring, mendacious, hypocritical ,intellectually flat, smug, 
self-satisfied, cruel and emotionless than a good ole Texas 
Baptist/Methodist/Anecdotalist...... whereas Mexicans are full of life, 
energy, good cheer and fun.  Plus the food is much better. So is the music. 
I love Mexican culture.  They have contributed to Art, Architecture, 
Literature and they sure as hell have contributed their health and labor to 
a bunch of lazy, fat, white, bigoted, rich, ass-hole Texas farmers who 
looked at them as a bunch of dumn animals.  (Rather like the way the Irish 
(my background) were treated by both the Brits and the "new" Americanos in 
the 19th or 20th C.  Or Jews throughout history, for that matter. )  Gosh, 
every thing just seems to Swim By in the Great Sea of 
Generalities.....doesn't it?

If I could trade, say Nebraska, Oklahomoa, Indiana and both Dakotas for 
Mexico, I would do it in a New York second.  Oh, toss in Canada just for 
kicks and giggles.  Much prefer "beaners" to "hosers".  For one 
thing....their cars are MUCH cooler, man.
