As I understand it, the "billions" never completely materialized.  I think someone (who is a] honest and b] can actually count) should AUDIT the bloody books!  Why were NYFC stations closing for "lack of funds?"  

I really dislike people who "smile" and act with "gracious diplomacy".  Or Beloved Leader is an arrogant, lying, incompetent sack of merde and anyone who consorts with him...for any reason...deserves to be treated with disdain and disapproval.  We are in the mess we are in because everyone political is running around "playing kissy face" with the facists currently in power.  Now that GWB's rating are headed down hill, even his own party is trying to "turn battleships in the Bay".  

Jeez Marie, people, wake up.
