[AGL] Lay and Skilling are guilty . . . and Robert Springsteen will be retried

And talking about the judicial system, the conviction and
death sentence later reduced to life of Robert Springsteen
for the Yoghurt Shop murders has just been overturned on
appeal and he will be retried. Springsteen was prosecuted by
Ronnie Earle and sentenced to death on the basis of a
repudiated confession and no evidence presented.
