wife away in France i have done a Day for Night:
to bed around 8, up when i wake up, usually around
3.

the world is asleep, or most of it, turn computer on,
2 prescribed pills, then cup of tea or coffee with 
toasted English muffin/cream cheese/horseradish,
check email, read online NYTimes, then what?

of course! take a shower
