The no no no etc. regards an exchange between Gunter and me in a phone conversaton. When I disagree with a point he is making I go no no no to signal that I have something to say and he then jumps on that as what's wrong ignoring whatever statement it was with which I disagreed or the reasons I had for countering it. That is what is so facilitating about email, at least one can get a thought completed before it is interrupted, reinterpreted or soundly rejected.
