[AGL] Where to live?

All, or any, PLEASE add in your ideas. 1. going for health care—must 
do. 2. Has climate like Ireland. 3. Hope to find mountains, rivers. 4. 
Nestle into a cottage between sheep farms, or any rural setting, 5. 
near small village 6. Only thing wrong with Ireland is cost of 
living—beats San Fran & Miami, but that was mostly taken from a list of 
cities. Does anyone know Wales, Scotland, or Northern English 
countryside? Any where else  English is spoken? All suggestions  
welcome—NEVER another Texas summer!!!—though Texan I am.
