Michele,

I dont know him either. He is an avid bike rider, that i
know, and often bikes in Britain on vacation. I dont
think he was a Ghettoista like you and me and Fontaine.

Ghettoista is not a gendered term, its like barista,
the person who prepares and serves espresso coffee
at a cafe counter.
