[AGL] Sounds like they've ratcheted up the income stream for cellphone companies

Jon,
  I signed up with the .gov link I was given and it certainly seemed legit. I was reassured by reply email that I had signed up and the no-call will be in effect until Nov., 2011. If it's a hoax it sure is a subtle one. Perhaps the being charged for these calls refers to the minutes increases by the companies. 
  Sprint, who I signed up with because of the earlier free-call-minutes start time, has a slight of hand in that they SAY that it is ten cents a minute after the 400 on the plan, but if you go one minute over the 400 the price fixe is $5 for every fifty minutes after 401, whether it is one or 49 minutes. I hate them. The price structure is designed to lure the account holder into ever increasing monthly amounts and I am sick of the manipulation.
