Lucky you are a vegan!   It's not a "real" photo - it's an editorial.  It is a Photoshop composition, the child mummies are from the Museo de Los Momias in Guanauato, MX.  The meat and meat sellers are real.  Maybe you can view the mummies as the children of the meat sellers - or something like that.
