[AGL] fotofest 2008 - time to look at pictures again

Weee-e-e-e-eee-llll (as Ronnie Raygun used to say)

Apropos of nothing I have been searching fruitlessly for the lovely (very
funny) pre-Photoshop (airbrushed) set of photos exemplifying the
'non-personifying' of 'Close Comrade in Arms' Lin Biao, in the early 1970s.

Shot 1 has these three stooges on muleback: Mao the Murderer, Chiang Ching
the Wicked Witch, and Lin 'Shorty' Biao in the middle.

Shot 2 is the same black-and-white posed portrait but with this odd space
between the Great Helmsman and his shrewish wife, with an empty mule, if you
know what I mean ('Bring 'em on!')

It's only black-and-white, but a nice detailed erasure.

Anybody have any clues?

Oh and by the way I would like to leave you with a light prediction and a
wink: nuclear war with China, engineered by Uncle Sam a la sinking of the
Maine / Pearl Harbor / N. Vietnam bay hoax.

No other way out of the fix, far as I can see it. Uncle will have to whack
the Chinee good and hard, to avoid probs down the road. That's how they see
it anyhoo.

Spending their US-earned trillions on modern Russky military hardware, the
Sons of the Middle Kingdom are racing to catch up. But they probably won't
have time.
