Good point you make Michael. It's just that the big,
all white, liknesses seem to be popping up too
frequently for me. The Beatles in the park really
started me against the it.

The sculpture scale is good for me, since the 30+ foot
tall Sam Houston and Stephen F. Austin along the
highway with the Texas proud statement wouldn't
necessarily be seen by the public if they were just a
little bit larger than life size. The artist got that
right - one does not even have to get out of their
cars to admire it. Just drive by it at 70 mph and
you've seen it.
