Although we don't often "speak", I do enjoy your emails. Perhaps you 
might tell me how to accomplish a little chat with a local French, or 
Scot—that is, a "village" doctor? A friend and I are planning a visit. 
Being disabled to some extent, I'd like to really know what kind of 
treatment to expect incase I need it.
