[AGL] new Federal court house

[Michael Eisenstadt]

here's a pic of the new Federal court house shot from the roof of
our apt house.

i realize that construction has been stopped due to the Federal
debt limit not having been extended yet. the gov has stopped
paying for non-essential items until debt limit is extended.
