Ed Ward calls this recipe one of his Broke but not Poor dishes.

We need to go shopping but the ingedients were already in hand.

Ed Ward is seriously into food, foodies is their name. He maintains a blog
called A city on a hill. He lives in Montpellier France having abandonned
Berlin some years ago. He lives there in part because of the wide
variety of fresh produce available there.
