[AGL] under the weather

So we got rain/sleet--not much evidence of it this morning. Northerners laugh at us when we notice nothing. One time they closed UT over a couple of inches of snow that had evaporated by 10:00 a.m. 
As for Byron's location a few degrees below the equator I heard that the Japanese radiation is circling the globe above the equator but not below it. Makes me consider moving to Australia.
