There is another food court on wheels just East of I-35 on Riverside. The bright yellow one with the giant smiley face has two divine vegan items on the menu, one great veggiburger named for famous vegan Woody Harrelson and a Woody Harrelson salad that is yummy--more of the same ingredients without the bun. It is on the way to Buzzmill. If the weather is tolerable they do have a neat outdoor area with a stage.
