Good thing there are no earthquakes in central Texas. HA, there are
earthquakes *everywhere*. I remember a few years back where they had a
sharp tremor in Saskatchewan, which has to be about the most geological
boring part of north America. This structure could have been built like any
other decent normal tower but they had to have that offset. Go figure.

Fracking is also supposed to give frequent surprises from down below. What,
800 a year in some parts of Oklahoma? Waking up those torpid Okies.
