I'm not sure. Last time we drove past it - it is on West Ave & 3d and 
has some cutsey name - on the way to the huge new hideous library - now 
closed - I could not see any furniture on any of the balconies which is 
a sure sign of occupancy. I did not get out of the car to investigate 
further.
