Wow, Charlie, that sounds serious. Glad you pulled through. Mike had his
first open heart surgery in 1963. At the time it was considered
experimental. Dr. Denton Cooley told his parents that it was experimental
and risky but without it he would have died anyway so they chose to give it
a try. They did and he's still with us.
