[flow-tools] Re: Flow-tools error on flow-receive function

The "bind(): Address already in use" says that something else on
your server is using port 9991.  Try a different port.

You're also missing a |, ie

./flow-receive 0/0/9500 | ./flow-print | head -10
                                      ^^^
