A new release of the Open Digital Rights Language (ODRL)
is now available from:

 http://odrl.net/

Version 0.9 of ODRL now includes the following new features:
 - Agreement expressions (between parties)
 - Requirements (eg payments) for permissions
 - Separation of the Expression Language from the Data Dictionary
   elements (as specified by the MPEG-21 Requirements)
 - Additional Permissions and Constraints
 - Container mechanisms
 - Additional Examples
 - Full XML Schema definitions and documentation
