. Could it be a genetic thing where some lines are nicer than others? If so
I will breed for that too!!  Any thoughts would be appreciated.    Kelly

This to me is it.  I have had aggressive rams in the past - those I get rid
of quick.  BUT I NEVER make a pet, feed one from my hand, etc.....the rams
are ALL field raised and stay that way.  I the worse thing you can do is
bottle raise one - but Sue Thaxton did this on a triplet ram one time and he
was always mellow.  Who knows??   I also think that older rams tent to be
more aggressive as they mature.
