I am attempting to send someone a picture of a sheep and have frustrated myself beyond words.

I scanned the picture, and saved it as a jpeg file.  It looks fine in my scanning program.  However, when I attach it to an email (using Outlook Express), it fills up the entire email screen, and distorts so badly as to be useless.  There's got to be a "reduce size" option SOMEWHERE....any ideas?
