Everybody should have received a membership reminder message this morning.
That message contains the email address you subscribed with and your
password.  To change your membership settings, go to >
http://www.pairlist.net/mailman/listinfo/jacob-list (that link is at the
bottom of every Jacob-list message).  Enter your email address in the box at
the bottom of that page, then click the Edit Options button.  You'll go to
another page where you can change all your subscription options.
