[Jacob-list] List problems

Please bear with me.  I was doing some list maintenance and somehow kicked
it into "moderated list mode".  I can't seem to figure out how to get it
switched back.  Believe me, this is NOT what I want the list to be doing.
I'll keep working on it.  In the mean time, please be patient - there may be
a delay between when you send your posts and when they appear.
