Debbie - I'd like to know more, too.....I heard one report that said there
was a US outbreak of Foot-and-Mouth in the 1920's, which would make me think
it was the same as what we all used to call Hoof-and-Mouth......but some
sources are saying humans can contract it, and others say no...
