When I had fewer sheep I did this. But now when I'm selling some, I guess I wanted to make sure the lambs were doing OK on their own before I sent them away. I also have a few pretty old ewes and I think it's time for them to be finished nursing. 

I also have one sheep, who was still trying to steal milk when her mom had a new baby last year.
