[Jacob-list] Voluntary Scrapie Program

This is precisely what my vet said.  She said that current theory is that scrapie
is transmitted in utero from dam to lamb.  A ram can have scrapie but not pass
scrapie.  Please note that this is a theory that has not been proven
conclusively.
