[Jacob-list] Dr. Lincicome - ALBC Conservator of Year

Returned from the ALBC meeting at Shaker Village in Pittsfield.  

Dr. Lincicome was honored at the dinner meeting and presented the ALBC 
Conservator of the Year award for his life work in conserving Jacobs, Tunis 
and, yes, goats. David is a contributor to the jacoblist. 

Chuck Bassett was installed as the new Executive and Don Bixby will be 
spending his time on more technical programs.  Libby Henson spoke of the 
conservation work started by her father ...  RBST .... her adventures in 
North America ... the kitchen table AMBC ... and covered many of the breeds 
she has helped in her travels.  She spoke very warmly of her stay with 
Sussanna Davy at the Rockefellers and their flock.
