     We use Lehman's for our cheese recipes and supplies. 
 www.Lehmans.com  Last year I made a hard cheese and used some of our 
bee's wax to seal the cheese. It added a nice sweetness to the cheese 
and gave it a nice flavor as it aged.  I also used the whey to make 
bread with for added nutution.  My 21 yr. old son went into shock the 
first time he saw the curds and whey.
