Just  FYI - There is a sheep dairy in Vermont that  makes and markets
various sheep cheeses and a few cow's milk cheeses - their web site is
www.vermontshepherd.com.  Their cheese is sold @ $18.50/lb. and a recent
tour group there was told they are usually sold out.  The sheep are
milked in a parallel type milking parlor, twice a day, and milk
production is seasonal, unlike dairy cows.  Just thought it was
interesting.
