I think it may be easier to put this on my site for those interested.
I have posted the feeder plans temporarily on my web site at:

This should print out OK for everyone to get the dimensions, much better
than my attachment prints out I think.
We did not use the metal that it calls for because we didn't have any on
hand.  We also made a hinged, flip top for it to keep the bale dry.  A whole
bale fits but you have to pack it in tightly.
