Some want you there with them; some decidedly don't want you there, and will
stamp their feet to get rid of you, or stop laboring, and some couldn't care
less, looking at you with great disdain because you are only a human!  The
trick is to figure out which ones want you each year (and it could be the
one who DIDN"T want you last year!) and be there for them, and leave the
others, if they clearly tell you to get lost.  REspect, and all that.
