[Jacob-list] AGM question....

The year I went I was so excited about meeting so many people that I 'knew' from email.  I'd 'met' Bob May via email and a conference call when we working on the JSBA bylaws committee.  I found his sheep in the show barn.  There was a couple leaning on the fence talking to passerbys about Jacob Sheep.  When there was a break, I went to introduce myself to Bob and Diane - only to find that the couple didn't even know Bob and Diane! I did finally find the real Bob.  I'm also an active JSC member.  I was told to look for a tall man and a short woman and that would be Fred and Joan Horak.  I knew them right away.  I finally was able to put a face to Katrina, met Royal again (who kept calling me Janet?), met Kate, Peggy, Wendy, Kelly, Joan S, Joann, Edie and Wayne again, visited with Cathy. I made the trip with a friend that is not a shepherd.  When she asked what I'd seen as far as booths, I had to confess that I hadn't seen much - even after spending three days.  Visiting with Jacob people made the trip special to me.  Someday I'll make an AGM.
