My mother sent me the following comment today.  I think that they may  
be words to live by.  Happy holidays to all.


"Your comments about never expecting to be on a picket line are most  
welcome. I'm glad you are surprising yourself.  Wouldn't life be dull  
if we all did only what we felt was proper, what we had laid out for  
ourselves at some point in the past?"
