[Jacob-list] Ewe with a constant wet tail

One of our ewes that was born last spring, has a tail and back end that is 
constantly wet. First I thought she had tape worms, so of coarse I wormed her. 
Then I thought it was possibly Coccidiosis, so I treated her for that. I am now 
at a loss, as her wool is still very wet. She's eating, and has weight on 
her. Could this possible be a problem in the urinary tract? I'm at a loss.
