[Jacob-list] horned goat

Ha ha !  That was THE best story  !!  I needed a laugh.  My dad told of how 
long ago they would tie larger things around their goat's and sheep's necks to 
keep them from going under the fence , and getting lost in the mnts. where he 
grew up.  I wish I could remember what all they tied.
