I can relate to your sheep on skates.  Mine are
wearing hip boots.  We have gotten 166% of normal rain
 so far this rainy season. I am so glad we have a
rainy season and it is fairly dry the rest of the
time.  With adobe soil you just kind of sink in. the
sheep are about 4 weeks from shearing and 6 weeks from
the first possible babies. The hills are bright green
and lush.  I am just hoping the stream does not visit
the sheep over the banks with all the rain. This time
of year the sheep love their houses and soon it will
be time to put straw in the bomb shelter for the
lambs.
