I talked to a political science professor friend who is also pre-law.  He
says that if they are 'taking' your animals as part of some 'rezoning' that
you can point out that your income will go down and they have to compensate
you!   So I too hope you can  get a lawyer and use the press to stop or slow
this.  The grandfather clause also sounds very helpful as an issue
